No. The Report is a one-off £9.99 payment per property. No subscription, no auto-renewal, no account needed. Just paste a Rightmove URL, pay, and your PDF arrives by email.
No — they work fine independently. The Extension is great if you're actively browsing. The Report is great when you've found the property. That said, most serious buyers end up using both: the Extension to filter the long list, the Report to commit on the final one.
Yes — if there's a material error in your report (wrong property, missing sections, significant data inaccuracies), we'll redo it free or refund you. Because reports are generated immediately, we can't offer refunds simply because you changed your mind. Email hello@offerhound.co.uk.
Yes. Cancel from within the Extension at any time. Your access continues until the end of the billing period. No data is lost — you can re-subscribe whenever you like.
Payments are processed by Stripe, the same payment infrastructure used by Amazon, Google and millions of other businesses. We never see or store your card details directly.
